Houses need to breath

People need to breath fresh clean warm air, all the time, whether it’s raining, snowing, hot and humid, or sub-zero temperatures. The ventilation is designed to provide warm healthy clean fresh air, regardless of external climate conditions.

Buildings need to have their structure protected from decay through moisture build up. Interstitial condensation must be avoided, and any moisture must be correctly directed to escape without damaging structure and encouraging mould growth, through correct ventilation and moisture control strategies. It is through a thorough understanding of building physics, the thermal properties of materials, and hygroscopic studies (moisture movement), that the envelope design is assured to be durable and not effected by moisture build up, even in the wettest and most humid of climates.
