How do we offer High Quality Design? By taking into account sustainable and economic factors Early in the design process, ie (site visit, or even optimally pre subdivision!) we can incorporate massive cost savings and benefits right from the start, which is by far the most effective time to make meaningful and substantial differences to the overall project cost and optimization. This process starts with a site study to maximize the opportunities and resources that the chosen site offers. Options to design and build to the building code. although Quality is maximized through best international high performance standards- which Potential Architecture also offers.

Value for money is delivered through thoughtful and careful design strategies. Potential Architecture is part of a Collaborative Design Team called Diversity Architects, from around the world, each with their own fields of expertise and experience, who get together and share the design (through online live meetups with screen share capabilities) throughout the design process. A critique and collaboration process which ensures that all design opportunities are maximized, and no opportunity is missed through peer review.This encompasses the philosophy that we are all different with different needs, with that in mind, cultural, contextual, social, political, geographical, climatic , budgetary and many more factors are taken into account to seek the solutions to the brief.
